New LU MFA Program Website

Our writing program now has a website at http://lumfa.webs.com/. The site contains lots of useful information about the program (current student FAQs, prospective student information, colloquia information and events, thesis guidelines, guidelines for workshopping, program news, course schedules, online class information, degree program options) as well as forums to help foster a strong writing community.

Colloquium Opportunities

MON. SEPT. 27, 7:30:
Byron Lee (LU MFA alum), Sean Arnold, and Julia Gordon-Bramer will read as part of Chance Operations at Duff's Restaurant in the Central West End (392 North Euclid Avenue, 314-361-0522) on Monday, September 27. The reading starts at 7:30, cover is $3.00 and there will be an open mic portion of the program.

THURS. OCT. 21, 7:00:
Fall Prose Reading: Lindenwood University MFA Faculty (Mark George, Dianna Graveman, Charlene Engleking) and alumni (Anne Freeman, Lisa Kang, Amanda Bramley) will read their stories and personal essays on Thurs. Oct. 21 at the Lindenwood University Cultural Center, 400 N. Kingshighway, St. Charles, MO, 63301, from 7pm until approximately 8:45pm.
